Mobile Ordering and Walk Up Lists

(Updated 11/8/2021)

While you can make Advance Dining Reservations for most Table Service restaurants in the parks,  Quick Service counter restaurants are first come first served.  Lines can get pretty long during peak lunch and dinner times. To skip those lines, you can place a meal order via My Disney Experience while on the go in the parks.

Some Table Service and lounges also have a Walk Up List that guests can join either at the location or via My Disney Experience.

How do I place a mobile order?

Mobile orders are placed through the My Disney Exerience app.  When you are in the general area of the Quick Service location, you hit the “I’m  Here, Prepare My Order” button. You will be notified pretty quickly that when your order is ready. Head to the location, get in the mobile order pick up line and grab your food.

How can I pay for mobile orders?

You can pay for Mobile Ordering when you place you order. The My Disney Experience app accepts credit or debit cards and Disney gift cards.

How do I pick up the order?

You will receive a notification when your order is ready via the My Disney Experience app.  The “Mobile Ordering” cash register and pick up line should be clearly marked with a sign. Head to that line and pick up your order.

Is it worth it?

During the height of lunch rush, it is definitely worth it.  While the “Mobile Order” pick up lines generally don’t have ANYONE in them, this is still a relatively new service that most folks don’t really know about.  For now, it is a terrific time saver.

How do the Walk Up Lists Work?

At some locations, you will need to see a Cast Member at the restaurant entrance in order to be added to a Walk Up list. Other dining locations have “Join Walk Up List” in the My Disney Experience app. For a full list of eligible mobile walk up locations, see the official site.
