Genie

Genie is a free service inside of the My Disney Experience app.

Based on preferences that guests input, Genie will display a free park itinerary that will adjust throughout the day based on crowds, wait times etc. It is divided into two basic sections.

Tip Board

In the “Tip Board” section, guests can input which parks they are going to that day and select their “top experiences.” Genie will then generate a constantly updated list of attractions, noting their wait times for both the standby lane (free to all guests) and the Lightning Lane (a purchased upgrade to shorten wait times).

My Day

In the “My Day” section, guests will see their Disney World resort reservation (if they have one) as well as their park reservation and any dining reservations. It will also display suggested dining reservations and recommend attractions and quick service locations.
